The new eVolution 4 and eVolution 7 stoves mark a significant step forward for Broseley and we are confident they will prove a huge hit with customers.
Both are also incredibly efficient, the 7kw eVolution 7 is 81 per cent efficient and its 4kw sister model is 75.5 per cent efficient. Both models measure 554mm x 614mm on the front casting although the eVolution 7 has a depth of 446mm and designed for a standard 18” opening, to accommodate a larger firebox, whilst the smaller model is just 333mm deep and is designed for a standard 16” fireplace opening.

The Diana solid fuel range is a cooker and boiler which supplies a central heating system and hot water. This stylish and simple, classic design will complement both traditional and contemporary kitchens alike. One large stainless steel hot plate enables many pans to cook simultaneously and food cooked in the oven can be seen through the glass door. At the heart of the home, the Diana brings warmth to the whole house, plenty of hot water and makes cooking effortless.
Control and use:
The Diana is designed to be highly flexible, easy to control and simple to use. This starts with the main air control, which is semi automatic you just turn the dial to set the temperature you want and it does the rest. There is then a flue damper, which is normally open only during the first 30 minutes of operation. To optimise the fire to either heat water or the oven there is a diverter setting, which turns depending on what you need at the time. The final heat control is the part of the fire grate. The fire grate can be raised and lowered, in seconds, by turning a handle. This puts more or less heat from the fire into the boiler i.e. in the summer. Other ranges need firebricks to be inserted, and such bricks are fragile and get broken when not in use.
Power and efficiency
With up to 30 KW (100,000 + BTU) of heat the Diana is both more efficient and powerful than the most common alternatives. The Diana has a massive firebox and a secondary air inlet which burns the exhaust gas from the fire a second time, giving much more heat from the fire. This also reduces the emissions and smoke. This is the same technique as used in most Cleanburn stoves.
The firebox is designed to take wood that is up to 40 cm long, neatly stacked, on the grate. You cannot do that on other ranges. The firebox is large and can be loaded, from the top.
Conservatively, the Diana will heat 12 average radiators. An alternative measure is that it will heat a house which has a volume of up to 600 cubic metres, which translates as a 2000 sq ft house with 8ft high ceilings. So, it will cope with an average 4 bedroom house with ease.
Installation:
The Diana must be connected to a hot water system which is pumped and vented. It can either be the only boiler in a central heating system or one of a number of heat sources. There must also be a suitable flue system and an air vent to the outside.
