The installation of the Diana wood burning cooker and boiler into a large farmhouse outside Ludlow in Shropshire meant that it could drastically lower the heating cost of the farm. The huge farm, being too large for even the Diana to heat effectively in the depth of winter meant that we had to integrate it into the existing oil boiler system. The Diana was set as the primary heat source with the oil boiler only needed in extreme circumstances as a backup or boost. The annual heating bill of the farm meant that the purchase of the Diana stove and the installation cost would take only two years to be recouped as the farm had a lot of wood around the land and hedgerows, after that they were saving a huge amount each year with the possibility of totally free heating hot water and cooking, not too mention the lifestyle choice of always having something on the go, kettle, jacket potatoes etc. In the mornings the farm would come alive to the sound of the farmers sons cooking a fry up directly on the hot plate cast top and making tea, what better picture of rural life can there be.

Mr R. "We were thrilled with the cooker, the farm is always warm now and it looks wonderful. The installation was carried out very efficiently and our fuel bills will now be som much less. Thank you."
